From the FIP AI Toolkit to Real-World Application

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer a distant frontier in healthcare — it’s here, and it’s already beginning to reshape the future of pharmacy. In 2024, I had the privilege of presenting PharmBot AI, our intelligent pharmacy assistant, at the FIP Congress, alongside the release of FIP’s groundbreaking Artificial Intelligence Toolkit for Pharmacy.
The toolkit offers a valuable framework to help pharmacists understand and adopt AI ethically and effectively. But frameworks alone aren’t enough — we need real-world applications that make a tangible impact. That’s where PharmBot AI comes in.
